Activity Tracker

Set goals, keep a log, stay on track!

Research shows that the best way to stay on track with an exercise or activity program is to put it in writing. With our Activity Tracker you can log your daily activities, set your goals, and chart your progress as you go. Here's how it works:

Your Goals: Whether you're training for a marathon or just trying to fit some exercise into your daily routine, setting short-term and long-term goals can help. Your goal page will track your progress and show how close you are to your target. You can also find tips on how to set useful goals -- and how to reward yourself!

Activity Log: Pull-down lists make it easy to log your activity, and the duration. Logging your activity each day is a good way to stay motivated when you first get started. We'll automatically calculate the numbers of calories you've burned so you can see right away how your efforts paid off. You can use the graphing feature to get an even better idea of how you're doing.

Tips & Tools: Want to check your body fat percentage? Looking for a new activity to keep from being bored with your routine? The Tips & Tools page has articles, quizzes, calculators, and other tools to keep your activity program interesting and help you reach your goals.

Try the Activity Tracker now -- it's free and private.
